Kidney cancer is more common than most of us think and unfortunately there aren’t always symptoms, This means that when a diagnosis is made, it’s usually late-stage, so survival rates drop. Luckily there are new treatments on the horizon. Cincinnati Magazine asked me to make an illustration for an article about this issue. The concept behind the illustration is to show the fragility of our kidneys, and how cancer can strike with little warning.
